Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Development seeks a Director, P&O to lead the People & Organization agenda across the group, acting as a strategic partner to enable growth, organizational effectiveness, and capability building. The role drives people strategies, organization design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture initiatives to support business objectives in existing and emerging markets.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape P&O strategy, design operating models for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / HR or equivalent.
• 15+ years HR experience across GCC with 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Master's degree or formal HR qualifications preferred.
• Strategic leadership, business partnering and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SVP P&O and Head of Departments to create the P&O strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end P&O setup for new development entities and markets, including org design.
• Provide functional leadership and expertise on P&O policies, processes, and procedures.
• Build and execute P&O setup for growth markets, including workforce planning and leadership hiring.
• Manage talent data and analytics to inform leaders on engagement, attrition, and compensation.
• Translate business objectives into strategic P&O initiatives aligned with the People Strategy.
• Support leadership in establishing governance, operating models and change plans.
• Collaborate with Leadership Institute for leadership development and succession planning.
