Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Director of Spa to lead Ciel Spa, shaping a wellness experience with indulgence, intention and SLS flair. Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Spa Management or related field.
• 5–7 years spa or wellness experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing luxury spa operations, including treatments, retail and programming.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, forecasts, revenue and costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy and daily operation of Ciel Spa, ensuring an exceptional and highly personalized guest experience.
• Establish standards across treatments, guest journeys, reception and spa facilities.
• Recruit, lead, train and develop a high-performing spa team.
• Drive spa revenue, profitability, utilization and retail performance.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts and business plans; monitor financial performance.
• Implement revenue management, pricing, packages and upselling strategies.
