Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide professional spa, health, body and wellness treatments in line with established protocols and recognized certification standards. You will assess guest needs, recommend treatments, ensure rooms are clean and well-equipped, and uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards across all sessions.

A recognized qualification in Spa Therapy or Massage Therapy is required, along with 2–3 years of luxury hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• 2–3 years spa therapist experience with international luxury hospitality preferred.
• Experience working in an international capacity.
• Demonstrates cultural awareness and respect for everyone.
• Recognized qualification in Spa Therapy or Massage Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa, health, body, and wellness treatments per established protocols.
• Recommend treatments and products based on guest needs and wellness history.
• Conduct guest consultations before treatments for personalised experiences.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to spa standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout spa areas.
• Deliver treatments to the highest professional standards and document records.
• Maintain accurate treatment records to capture guest preferences for future visits.
