Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and multiple client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of Omani labour law and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to mentor PROs and build capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operations team of at least 6 staff.
• Manage multinational client portfolios with high responsiveness.
• Represent the company in senior government engagements.
• Resolve regulatory, HR, contractual, and operational issues.
• Oversee PRO, visa, labour, licensing, and compliance processes.
• Act as authorised signatory for multiple client entities.
• Support commercial growth and participate in client pitches.
• Ensure service delivery meets international standards.
