Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience.
• Diploma or certification from an accredited Culinary School.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from the Chef de Partie and execute them accurately following instructions and recommendations.
• Write daily requisitions for wine, dry store, food, and kitchen transfers with approval.
• Maintain portion size, quantity, and quality per recipe index.
• Uphold high standards of daily food preparation and update techniques.
• Organise mise-and-place production and shifts with the Chef de Partie.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure a clean, safe kitchen.
