Job summary

Sahseh is seeking a data-driven Growth Specialist in Oman to own growth across the full funnel from acquisition to retention and revenue. You will plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and Apple Search Ads, and turn data into actionable insights.

You will work with Product, Marketing, CRM and Creative teams, run A/B tests, build dashboards, and explore new channels and partnerships to drive scalable growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Pirate Funnel and full customer lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing, growth experiments, dashboards and performance data.
• Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention and monetization.
• Strong communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, experimentation, and startup life.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and Apple Search Ads.
• Track and optimize CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR and retention.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and turn data into actionable insights.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM and Creative teams.
• Explore new channels, audiences, partnerships and growth opportunities.
