Saudi Aramco is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Contracts Counsel to join the General Corporate and Commercial Contracts Practice Area. The role focuses on providing comprehensive corporate and commercial legal services, coordinating with tax, IP, M&A, and dispute resolution teams, and collaborating with external counsel as needed.

You will support internal Saudi Aramco clients, negotiate EPC and construction contracts, and manage governance matters while ensuring compliance and efficiency

Formación

• Bachelor of Law is required; Master/Juris degree preferred.
• Current admission to general practice before a competent court.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in a multinational corporation or law firm.
• Experience in commercial contracts.
• Experience as corporate secretary to a sophisticated board.
• Ability to provide clear support to internal clients.
• Energy/industrial experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as corporate secretary for one or more entities and manage board meetings and governance issues.
• Advise on shareholder issues and interface between the entity and parent/affiliates.
• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, construction, O&M, BOO/BOOT, service and other commercial contracts.
• Advise on internal policies, review claims, and train staff on legal/compliance matters.
