RW Group, via its cyber security arm HiEFFiCiENCi, seeks a dynamic Business Development and Sales leader to close the first deals, design the sales playbook, and guide early commercial strategy from Muscat. The role requires strong B2B cyber security sales experience and a proven ability to build repeatable processes.

You will target CISOs/CTOs, set up CRM, hire and mentor initial sales leaders, and refine messaging to become a vital partner for clients in a fast-growing environment.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in cyber security or high-end IT infrastructure.
• Hybrid track record selling consultative services (pentesting, audits, GRC) and SaaS/subscription products.
• Experience founding a sales team, territory or department is an added advantage.
• Existing contact list or LinkedIn network of C-level security contacts (CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors) is an added advantage.
• Past career pivot from a related technical role to a sales role is an added advantage.

Mansioni

• Establish a repeatable sales process including setting up a CRM, defining the outreach strategy, and pitching services and SaaS in collaboration with the founders.
• Represent the company in dealings with prospective clients and partners, target accounts (CISO/CTO level), open doors and close deals.
• Assist in hiring and training the first Sales Managers/Account Executives after initial wins.
• Refine messaging to position the company as a vital partner for clients.
