Job summary

gu-recruitment seeks a skilled content creator to produce engaging Arabic and English content across social media and digital platforms, boosting awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities include content planning, copywriting, video shooting/editing, and coordinating with sales, projects, and external videographers. A minimum 3+ years of experience and a marketing/communications degree are preferred. On-site role in Muscat, Oman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of content creation experience; real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or agency experience preferred.
• Proficient Arabic/English writing; basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content ideas, calendars, storylines, reels concepts, captions, and campaign themes.
• Align content with project launches, sales priorities, events, customer questions, and brand tone of voice.
• Write clear Arabic and English captions, short scripts, headlines, WhatsApp messages, email copy, and website snippets.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and project updates.
• Coordinate filming with sales, projects, management, influencers, and external videographers.
• Monitor platform trends, competitor content, audience comments, and engagement patterns.
• Ensure accuracy of project information, prices, locations, CTAs, and campaign messages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Planning

• Develop monthly content ideas, calendars, storylines, reels concepts, captions, and campaign themes.
• Align content with project launches, sales priorities, events, customer questions, and brand tone of voice.

Copywriting

• Write clear Arabic and English captions, short scripts, headlines, WhatsApp messages, email copy, and website snippets.
• Simplify technical real estate information into attractive and client-friendly messages.

Video & Social Content

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and project updates.
• Coordinate filming with sales, projects, management, influencers, and external videographers.

Community & Trends

• Monitor platform trends, competitor content, audience comments, and engagement patterns.
• Suggest creative ideas that increase reach, engagement, inquiries, and brand relevance.

Content Quality

• Ensure accuracy of project information, prices, locations, CTAs, and campaign messages before publishing.
• Maintain organized content libraries, scripts, footage, captions, and approvals.

AUTHORITY & DECISION MAKING

Propose content themes, scripts, and filming ideas.

Request information, access, and approvals needed for accurate content.

Coordinate routine shoots and content schedules.

Escalate inaccurate information, delayed approvals, or brand-sensitive issues.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Experience

3+ years of content creation experience; real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or agency experience preferred.

Technical Competencies

Arabic/English writing, reels creation, mobile filming, CapCut/Premiere basics, social media platforms, content calendars.
