Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) in Oman seeks a QA/QC Engineer to ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations by applying international quality plans and procedures on site.

You will assist in developing the Project Quality Management System, prepare WIRs, inspect materials, monitor test results, and maintain records. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IMS/QMS and ERP/SAP is preferred. This role requires teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS/IMS is required.
• Experience with quality control in construction projects.
• Familiarity with material submittals and ITPs.
• ERP/SAP functional skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA/QC Manager in implementing quality management system on site.
• Prepare WIRs for construction activities and submit to consultant.
• Check incoming materials per project specifications.
• Monitor WIRs and test reports; inform QA/QC Manager of status.
• Maintain records of inspections and testing; manage documentation.
