Job summary

Abroad Work is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our Al Buraymi, Oman team. You will oversee all stages of construction, from planning to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, and clients while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction management, strong leadership, excellent communication in English, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Indian nationality preferred).
• Valid biometric passport for travel within the region.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of projects
• Create and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
