Job summary

Abroad Work in Al Buraymi, Oman, seeks a Construction Manager to oversee all phases of our projects. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least five years of construction management experience, and strong leadership and English communication skills (Arabic a plus). This is a full-time on-site role in Oman with a competitive monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project management.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of the construction process.
• Develop project budgets and schedules.
• Review project plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Oversee the hiring of subcontractors and other personnel.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management
