Job summary

Abroad Work in Muscat is seeking a compassionate caregiver for elderly clients at home. This full-time role involves personal care, medication reminders, meal support, light housekeeping and safe transportation to appointments.

You should be physically fit, able to lift or assist, and able to communicate in English (Arabic a plus). A biometric passport is required for international travel if needed. Salary is $1200 per month with no housing provided.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic first aid procedures and ability to handle medical emergencies.
• Biometric passport may be required for international travel.
• Must be physically fit to lift/move elderly individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure on-time intake
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings
• Provide companionship and engage in activities
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to family or healthcare provider
