The role involves assisting with daily activities, monitoring health, meal preparation, and accompanying clients to appointments. Salary is 1100 USD per month with accommodation provided; typical hours range from 8 to 10 hours per day.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a caregiver or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with elderly clients.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards elderly individuals with varying needs.
• Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and perform tasks such as lifting or transferring them from bed to wheelchair.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Elderly to join our team in Muscat. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to elderly clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medication as prescribed by a physician
• Monitor client's health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments or social activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Caregiver or similar role
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with elderly clients
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards elderly individuals with varying needs

Working Conditions
