Job summary

Environmental Engineering Services LLC (EES) is seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer for its Wastewater Treatment Division. The role requires supervision of civil construction activities at wastewater plants, pumping stations, and related infrastructure, with coordination across MEP and engineering teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate will read and interpret drawings, manage manpower and subcontractors, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience supervising civil site work, preferably wastewater/industrial.
• Ability to read/review civil/structural drawings (AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of earthworks, reinforced concrete, underground utilities.
• Experience coordinating civil works with MEP and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong planning, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at remote locations outside Muscat.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities for wastewater facilities.
• Oversee earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, and utilities.
• Coordinate construction of tanks, retaining structures, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure waterproofing and concrete works meet standards.
• Read and coordinate civil drawings and specs.
• Use AutoCAD to review drawings and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with MEP/process teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan daily site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor progress, productivity, waste, and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues to avoid delays.
• Coordinate inspections, material approvals, and quality control documentation.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, HSE, and standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site records.
