Experience in Muscat is seeking a senior Exploration leader to set strategic direction for the Exploration New Assets portfolio. You will direct long-term exploration strategy, WP&B, and governance, while mentoring geoscientists and coordinating with MEM and JV partners.

You will oversee evaluation studies, lead risked inventories, ensure data quality, and drive efficient well planning, data gathering, and budgeting in a high-stakes environment. Strong leadership and HSE commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in upstream exploration with leadership experience.
• Experience in exploration evaluation, JV, and new ventures.
• Broad geoscience knowledge across geophysics and geology.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary G&G teams.
• Strong prospect maturation, risking, volumetrics, and resource estimation.
• MEM/JV stakeholder management and EPSA governance.
• Excel in WP&B development, contract management, and cost control.
• Proven mentoring and talent development.
