Qualifications

• B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical engineering with cement plant maintenance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of kiln maintenance, including regular shutdowns and major repairs.
• Strong leadership and multi-cultural team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for rotary kiln, ball mills, and other utilities.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance.
• Reduce downtime and manage spare parts planning.
• Ensure QHSE compliance.
