Job summary

Confidential Company in Muscat seeks an experienced Joinery Production Manager to oversee daily operations of carpentry and joinery units across multiple projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in engineering with GCC license and 10–15 years of leadership in a joinery environment.

You will manage a 50-member team, drive safety, optimize production, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely material availability and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma engineering, manufacturing, or related field; GCC driving license mandatory.
• 10–15 years of joinery and carpentry manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in production, assembling, polishing of joinery units.
• Estimate and manage the budget for the entire joinery production process.
• Manage subcontracts and ensure on-time production.

Job description

• Oversee daily production and operation of carpentry and joinery units for multiple projects of an interior fit out contracting company.

• Prepare the cutting list for the joinery units and make production on time.

• Review and unterstand the drawings and specifications properly for Joinery production.

• Manage and lead a diverse team of 50 members, fostering a culture of safety and accountability to achieve production targets.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements.

• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain optimal inventory levels with allotted budget for individual projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is required, with a GCC driving license mandatory.

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a joinery and carpentery manufacturing environment, showcasing a proven track record in leadership roles.

• Well experienced in production ,assembling, polishing of joinery units

• Estimate and managing the Budget management on entire joinery production process.

• Manage subcontracts and executing the production on time.
