Job summary

Skyways Bureau in Oman is looking for qualified candidates with a diploma in Science, Food Technology, or Mechanical Engineering to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate 3-5 years of industrial experience, particularly in biscuit production, and possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

The role requires good knowledge of automation tools, particularly in machine operation, as well as a commitment to safety and quality compliance standards. Candidates with experience in TPM, 5S, and KAIZEN methodologies will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Science, Food technology or Mechanical Engineering, High industrial school
• Good computer skills in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent command of English language in writing and speaking
• Good knowledge of automation, HMI and PLC control
• Oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multi-cultural environment
• Operation & maintenance knowledge of industrial machines
• Industrial/Confectionery experience of at least 3-5 years
• Biscuit experience is a bonus
• Medium age between 25-35 years old
• Demonstrated experience in machine operation of biscuit production line is a bonus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Preferred to have good knowledge about TPM, 5S, KAIZEN
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
