Job summary

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a Business Development Representative for Clothes & Footwear based in Oman. You will identify and acquire new customers in Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia, manage relationships, and lead market visits and negotiations.

The role requires 5–8 years in sales or business development, direct experience in apparel footwear, wholesale or stocklot familiarity, and fluent Arabic. You will coordinate with logistics and finance to fulfill orders and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience.
• Previous experience in clothes and footwear is mandatory.
• Wholesale or stocklot experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oman, Yemen, and/or Saudi Arabian markets is an advantage.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Arabic – Fluent / Required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct market visits (Travel), customer meetings, and warehouse presentations.
• Present available clothes and footwear stock and negotiate commercial deals.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities until closing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance for order fulfillment.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular sales pipeline, forecast, and market feedback reports
