Job summary

VaporVM seeks a Business Continuity Management (BCM) professional for an eight-month, on-site assignment in Oman. The candidate will drive BCM program activities, lead BIA and TRA efforts, and develop recovery strategies. Arabic-language proficiency is mandatory for all interactions and deliverables.

The role focuses on BCM awareness, training, and ensuring alignment with regional best practices and regulatory requirements. Oman-based on-site work is required for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

• Must have been part of implementing BCM programs.
• Must be aware of BCM regulations and best practices in the region.
• Must have led BIA and TRA activities.
• Must have led development of recovery strategies, solutions and BCM awareness/training.
• Must be able to work purely in Arabic language.

Responsibilities

• Lead BCM program activities on-site in Oman for an 8-month duration.
• Coordinate BIA and TRA efforts to identify critical processes and recovery requirements.
• Develop and document recovery strategies and supporting solutions.
• Deliver BCM awareness and training to stakeholders in Arabic.
• Ensure regional BCM practices align with local regulations and standards.
