Job summary

Tibiaan is seeking an experienced Brokerage Manager to lead brokerage operations, drive business growth, and build strong relationships across the real estate market in Oman. This strategic role combines sales expertise, market knowledge, team leadership, and business development to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen Tibiaan's market position.

You will coach a diverse team of property consultants and collaborate with clients and developers to deliver excellent service and timely updates

Qualifications

10+ years in real estate with brokerage and sales
Experience leading and developing a team of property consultants
Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
Strong network and understanding of the real estate market
Strategic, analytical and commercially minded with problem-solving
Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the brokerage team with clear KPIs
Develop and execute sales and brokerage strategies to grow revenue
Identify new market segments and revenue streams
Build relationships with developers, clients, investors, and stakeholders
Drive new client acquisition while growing existing accounts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Develop brokerage and promotional strategies to strengthen presence
Establish processes and team structures to improve productivity
Coach and motivate a diverse team of property consultants
Collaborate with clients and developers to meet requirements and deliver service
Present business plans, performance reports, and KPI updates to management
