Job summary

Urban Nest Realty and Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Leader in Muscat to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. You will build relationships with owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients while guiding a 5+ member team to high performance.

The role requires 10–15 years in sales/BD, preferably in real estate, with strong leadership and negotiation skills. English proficiency is essential; Oman market familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree (preferably an MBA) will be an added advantage.
• 10–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management, preferably in real estate. Candidates from other sales-driven industries may also be considered.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing teams of 5 or more employees.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, business development, client relationship, and marketing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Prior work experience in Oman is highly preferred, with familiarity with the local market considered a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team productivity.
• Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and recommend growth strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Support recruitment, training, and team development as the business expands.
