Job summary

gu-recruitment is seeking a highly motivated social media and creative specialist to lead the company's online presence and campaigns. You will craft and execute a cohesive social media strategy across English and Arabic channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

You will manage content creation (posts, stories, reels), oversee visuals, analyze performance, and collaborate with tenants and events teams to drive awareness, leads, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visual guidelines for corporate identity.
• Standardize visuals for campaigns and adapt for marketing initiatives.
• Create content in English and Arabic across platforms.
• Oversee in-mall branding initiatives.
