• Monitor local market and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support audit readiness.
• Provide feedback to improve products, processes and cycle times.
• Minimize attrition and resolve complex customer issues with the team.
• Serve customers from diverse backgrounds with professional care.
• Attend weekly meetings and report on progress and strategies.
