Job summary

DB in Muscat seeks a Product Manager to drive the product lifecycle from market research to launch and post-launch analysis. You will translate market opportunities and customer needs into compelling concepts aligned with DB's strategy.

Responsibilities include leading design and development of new banking products, managing lifecycles, preparing business cases, coordinating internal approvals, and reporting on performance with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modelling software (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new banking products.
• Manage product lifecycles, including revisions, enhancements, and discontinuation based on market performance.
• Contribute to departmental strategy alignment and cross-functional coordination.
• Review and enhance existing products to improve competitiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare and conduct comprehensive reports with findings from data analysis, market research, and customer feedback.
• Develop product concepts, value propositions, and business cases.
• Prepare detailed business cases including financial projections, risk assessment, and expected impact.
• Evaluate product profitability, sustainability, and alignment with bank strategy.
• Coordinate internal approvals for product launch.
• Work with internal teams and regulators to ensure compliance and smooth rollout.
• Support product rollout and training; monitor KPIs and performance.
