Qualifications

• Experience in leading enterprise-grade software delivery.
• Architectural design across frontend, backend and integrations.
• Banking/FinTech domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate systems and recommend technical approaches aligned with OHB standards.
• Lead design of scalable, secure architectures and blueprints.
• Develop technical work plans and manage team capacity.
• Oversee integration between frontend, backend, and core banking systems.
• Ensure code quality, automated testing, and adherence to standards.
• Lead go-live preparations and handover to operations.
