Baker Chef

We are a popular bakery in Khasab, seeking an experienced Baker Chef to join our team. As a Baker Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods for our customers. Your main duties will include preparing, baking, and decorating various pastries, breads, and cakes according to our recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
• Bake a variety of pastries, breads, and cakes
• Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, or fillings
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment after use

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration methods
• Ability to read and follow recipes accurately

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or ingredients
• Excellent time management skills

Salary

We offer a salary of 900$ per month for this position.

Location

This job is located in Khasab. While we prefer Indian candidates for this role, nationality is not a strict requirement.
