LuxGuard Solutions in Al Buraymi, Oman seeks an experienced Baker to join our kitchen team. You will prepare doughs, bake breads, pastries, and cakes, and ensure quality and safety in every batch.

The ideal candidate has bakery experience in a commercial setting, comfort with early shifts (as early as 4am), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong time management. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Baker in a commercial kitchen setting.
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work early morning shifts as early as 4am.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions closely.
• Food safety certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes.
• Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed.
• Ensure all baked goods are made in a timely manner for customer orders.

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Al Buraymi Oman.

As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, desserts and other baked goods according to traditional and modern recipes. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory ordering supplies and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.
