Job summary

SalamAir seeks a Stores Controller to manage receipt, storage, preservation, and issue of aircraft parts, tools, and supplies within Technical Stores. Ensure accurate recording, proper identification, storage, and availability to support maintenance and operations while complying with aviation regulations and company procedures.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, run tool-control programs, conduct cycle counts and audits, and coordinate with maintenance and procurement to resolve shortages

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school certificate with 3+ years in Materials & Stores.
• Aviation, logistics, warehouse, or inventory management qualifications will be considered an advantage.
• Training or certification in aircraft materials, stores management, tool control, or aviation safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, identify, and process incoming aircraft parts, materials, components, and supplies.
• Record materials in the inventory system with part numbers, serial numbers, batch numbers, quantities, shelf-life, and traceability.
• Identify, segregate, and store serviceable, unserviceable, quarantine, and other controlled materials.
• Issue and deliver materials to maintenance and authorized users against approved requests and documentation.
• Maintain tool-control program and ensure tools are identified, recorded, issued, returned, and accounted for.
