Job summary

Zohorecruit in Oman is seeking a Stores Controller to manage receipt, storage, and issue of aircraft parts, tools, and materials to support maintenance and operations.

You will record all items in the inventory system, maintain tool control, and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. A diploma with 3+ years in stores is required; aviation qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or high school certification with 3+ years in materials & stores.
• Aviation, logistics, warehouse inventory qualifications are a plus.
• Training in aircraft materials, stores management, tool control, or aviation safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, identify, and process incoming aircraft parts and supplies.
• Record materials in the inventory system with part numbers, serials, batch numbers, quantities.
• Identify, segregate, and store serviceable, unserviceable, quarantine and rejected materials.
• Issue materials to Maintenance against approved requests and work orders.
• Maintain tool control program and verify toolbox contents before/after maintenance.
• Conduct regular stores audits, cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
