Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and property measurements
• Research comparable sales, rentals, and market data
• Prepare valuation reports for various purposes (mortgage, acquisition, litigation, financial reporting)
• Assist senior valuers with complex commercial and industrial valuations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Liaise with clients, banks, and stakeholders professionally
• Stay updated on Oman real estate market trends and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in property valuation or real estate (fresh graduates considered)
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies (comparison, income, cost approach)
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus
• Valid Oman driving license
• Fluent in Arabic; good English communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Working towards or interested in RICS APC qualification
