G-NIUS | Powered by Goodman Masson is seeking an experienced Asset Valuation/Appraisal Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Muscat, Oman. You will conduct independent valuations that support financing and legal requirements for high-value assets including marine vessels and aircraft.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of valuation experience, strong financial modelling skills, and proficiency in English. The position involves building financial models, preparing reports, and conducting market research.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of direct valuation experience focused on transportation assets (marine vessels and aircraft).
• Advanced skills in DCF, sensitivity/scenario analysis, and LTV waterfalls.
• Proficient in researching shipping and aviation market data.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed valuations of marine vessels, aircraft, and vehicles.
• Build and maintain DCF models and conduct market research.
• Prepare professional valuation reports and ensure IFRS compliance.
