Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert-level expertise in Network Security Operations (P4 - Expert).
• Experience in governance, performance oversight, and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight across teams and engagements.
• Monitor delivery performance and high-level progress against objectives and SLAs.
• Ensure risks, issues, and escalations are identified and addressed through delivery channels.
• Oversee team utilization and workload balance.
• Support capability development and performance feedback.
• Maintain a healthy and sustainable operating model.
• Act as senior interface between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager, and leadership.
• Ensure transparency, clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Support governance forums and management reporting.
• Support audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure organizational policies, controls, and quality standards are consistently applied.
