Job summary

Crysol in Oman seeks an experienced Technical Manager - Network & Cyber Security to lead enterprise security and networking initiatives. You will drive delivery governance, architectural oversight, and operational excellence across complex customer environments.

This senior leadership role requires hands-on technical leadership, a track record of managing security projects, and strong people management to mentor teams and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of IT, network security and cybersecurity experience.
• System integration experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on technical leadership with delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead networking and cybersecurity engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee design and implementation of enterprise network security solutions.
• Escalation point for incidents and complex security challenges.
• Provide technical leadership for F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Arbor deployments.
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and procedures.
• Support architecture reviews, security transformations, and technology assessments.
• Define technical requirements and strategic roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
