Job summary

You will ensure products are properly displayed, follow up on sales and customer needs, coordinate with delivery teams to ensure on-time orders, monitor daily sales, and prepare reports. This role supports targets and strengthens customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the attendance and daily activities of sales employees and report any issues to the Sales Supervisor.
• Assist in distributing sales representatives across assigned sales areas and following up on their daily work.
• Support and guide sales representatives to improve their sales performance and efficiency.
• Ensure that company products are properly displayed and presented to customers.
• Follow up on product sales, customer requirements, and market needs.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
• Monitor daily sales performance and assist in preparing and submitting sales reports.
• Support the team in achieving the approved sales targets.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and support the development of good customer relationships.
• Follow up on customer complaints and assist in resolving issues, reporting important concerns to the Sales Supervisor.
