Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Muscat, Oman to monitor attendance and daily activities of the sales team, assist in distributing representatives across sales areas, and guide performance to improve efficiency.

You will ensure proper product presentation, follow up on customer requirements and market needs, and coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery. A proactive communicator will support reporting and target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the attendance and daily activities of sales employees and report any issues to the Sales Supervisor.
• Assist in distributing sales representatives across assigned sales areas and following up on their daily work.
• Support and guide sales representatives to improve their sales performance and efficiency.
• Ensure that company products are properly displayed and presented to customers.
• Follow up on product sales, customer requirements, and market needs.
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
• Monitor daily sales performance and assist in preparing and submitting sales reports.
• Support the team in achieving the approved sales targets.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and support the development of good customer relationships.
• Follow up on customer complaints and assist in resolving issues, reporting important concerns to the Sales Supervisor.
