Junior Restaurant Manager in Nizwa, Oman is sought to support the Senior Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff oversight, and delivering high-quality customer service at our Nizwa location.

The role requires leadership, English fluency, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and Arabic is a plus, and a valid Oman visa is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid visa to work in Oman.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Restaurant Manager in managing the staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional offers or events.
