India Abroad is seeking an Entry-Level Baker on a contract basis in Al Buraymi, Oman. This role is open to applicants without prior baking experience who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team.

You will assist in preparing breads and pastries, operate ovens and mixers, follow recipes, and ensure safe, labeled products. The position offers flexible hours, salary 1700 USD monthly, and accommodation. Training provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• No prior baking experience required; passion for baking preferred
• Must possess a biometric passport or be able to obtain one within a reasonable time frame
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
• Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures or ingredients as needed
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of baked goods
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment
• Follow food safety standards at all times
