Job summary

Mohamed Hilal Group is seeking an Area Supervisor – Retail to oversee several Oman-based stores, drive sales, maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role includes supervising Store Managers, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance across all outlets.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in retail operations, experience supervising multiple stores in luxury segments, and strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in retail operations; at least 2 years supervising multiple stores.
• Experience in perfumes, fragrances, beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Experience working with retail KPIs, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Oman or GCC retail market experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of multiple retail outlets across Oman.
• Ensure stores comply with policies, procedures, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs and coach Store Managers and teams to meet targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Deliver premium customer service and luxury brand experience.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain for stock management.
