Job summary

IGT Solutions seeks an On-Site Delivery Manager for the Self-Service Check-in Kiosk and Self Baggage Drop project at Muscat International Airport. The role involves end-to-end coordination, managing vendors, and ensuring site readiness for successful installations and go-live. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in project delivery within airport or operational environments, excellent vendor management skills, and a strong understanding of check-in flows. The position requires physical presence during critical phases and flexibility for extended hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in on-site project delivery, preferably in airport or similar operational environments.
• Proven experience with kiosk, SBD, or passenger processing systems.
• Good understanding of check-in flows and airline operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors on-site.
• Exposure to DCS integration (preferably Sabre) and ability to support testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact on-site between Oman Air, vendor(s), airport authorities, and third parties.
• Ensure site readiness (power, data, space) before equipment arrival.
• Manage Elenium and other vendors on-site.
• Coordinate SSK application integration with Sabre DCS.
• Lead on-site readiness for go-live.
