Job summary

Waimea Intermediate School is seeking a relationship‑focused educator for Year 7–8 learners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to our RISE values, WISE dispositions, and Visible Learning pedagogy.

They will use assessments to accelerate student progress, uphold PC4L and restorative practices, and collaborate effectively within a positive team culture. The role begins in term 1, 2027.

Qualifications

• Certificated teacher for primary/intermediate (Years 1–8).
• Experience teaching Year 7–8 learners is preferred.
• Commitment to RISE values and WISE learning dispositions.
