Woodford House is a leading special character, state-integrated boarding and day school for girls in Years 7 to 13, located in the heart of Hawke's Bay. We are seeking to appoint a motivated, passionate and highly capable Year 7 / 8 Teacher to join our vibrant Intermediate Faculty in a permanent, full-time position commencing in Term 1, 2027.

About the role:

We are looking for an outstanding Teacher who is committed to inspiring learners and contributing to both the academic and holistic success of our students.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Year 7 / 8 Teacher who demonstrates current, evidence-informed teaching practice and a strong understanding of the science of learning. Fostering student engagement, achievement and wellbeing, while working collaboratively within a high-performing teaching team will be important in this role.

There is also the opportunity to contribute to teaching and learning across other year levels within the school. Our students are motivated, capable and enthusiastic learners who embrace challenge and strive for excellence.
