Job summary

Waimea Intermediate School seeks two enthusiastic, relationship-focused teachers for Year 7 and 8 learners. This full-time fixed-term role spans Start Date 25/01/2027 to End Date 14/12/2027, covering a staff member who has been released from teaching duties for 2027.

You will demonstrate a commitment to RISE values, use of Visible Learning pedagogy, effective assessment to accelerate progress, and a culture of Positive Culture for Learning alongside restorative practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current teaching certification as a certificated teacher.
