Job summary

PlaceMakers is looking for a dedicated individual for customer service in our Cromwell yard & drive thru team. This physically demanding role includes providing exceptional customer service, operating a forklift, and managing dispatch duties.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional customer service skills.
• Must have full clean class 1 driver licence (or higher).
• Forklift Licence/Experience is an advantage but can be taught on the job.
• Must be fit and healthy: Role is physically demanding and requires frequent heavy lifting.
• Competent computer and numeracy skills are required.
• Must have a strong health and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Face to face customer service & sales.
• Operating a forklift daily on a technically challenging site.
• Loading of goods on to customer vehicles.
• Picking orders for delivery or collection.
• Assisting inwards goods duties – receipting in goods.
