Job summary

PlaceMakers Gisborne is seeking a proactive Yard & Drive Thru Team Member to help trade customers locate and load building products, move stock, and maintain a safe, tidy yard. The role is casual and based at our Gisborne branch, with training provided.

You'll work in a supportive team that values safety, great service, and a can-do attitude. Forklift licence is a plus; if not, we'll help you get there.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence preferred and willingness to obtain one.
• Customer service orientation and ability to help customers.
• Reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
• Commitment to safety and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating and loading building products.
• Safely load/unload trucks and secure products.
• Use yard systems to record product movements and support orders.
• Restock, pick orders, and maintain stock levels; keep yard tidy.
