Job summary

PlaceMakers Gisborne is seeking a Class 2 Driver to deliver building products across the Gisborne region and support Yard & Drive Thru operations. The role is permanent, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays from the Gisborne branch.

You will load, unload, and secure goods, provide outstanding customer service, and help with stock movements while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Holds a full, clean Class 2 NZ Driver Licence.
• Confident driving in tight spaces, driveways and active construction sites.
• Excellent people skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Physically fit with regular manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building products safely and on time across the Gisborne region.
• Load, unload and secure products for delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every job.
• Assist customers in the Yard & Drive Thru.
• Pick orders, replenish stock, and support stock movements.
