We are seeking a Workforce System Support Specialist to join the Payroll Stabilisation Project and play a key role in supporting the migration from PSe to Leader payroll across Northland.
This role is focused on providing frontline support to managers and employees using Mahi ē Taea (UKG Pro WFM), ensuring users are confident in the correct use of timecards and workforce management processes. The role will also help build user capability, identify recurring issues and support the transition to sustainable business as usual support following implementation. You will respond to and triage system queries, identify areas requiring additional support, contribute to system improvements, and provide valuable feedback to project and payroll teams throughout the stabilisation programme.
You will work closely with the Training Team to identify recurring user issues and inform training materials, user guide and support resources. You will also assist with fortnightly payrun checking, help improve customer experience, and work closely with project, payroll, and rostering teams to ensure the successful adoption and ongoing use of workforce system.
This role sits within the Payroll Stabilisation Project and reports to the Project Manager – Payroll Stabilisation (Whanganui & Lakes). You will work closely with the Payroll Stabilisation Project and Training Team, Payroll, Reporting and AskHR teams, and the wider People & Culture function.
