Job summary

• Develop, maintain and optimise 24/7 rosters to align resources with demand.
• Manage day-to-day workforce deployment, including leave and roster changes.
• Ensure rosters comply with employment agreements and policies.
• Build relationships with managers, supervisors and staff to standardise processes.
