Job summary

Responsibilities

About the role

This role plays a key part in the administration and continuous improvement of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) systems and processes. You will provide coaching, guidance, and practical support to employees and leaders across our sites, helping to foster a safe and compliant working environment.

Key responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and maintaining WHS management system documentation, supporting the implementation and ongoing use of WHS software systems, and partnering with stakeholders to drive engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage WHS training programmes, registrations, and records.

• Experience developing or maintaining policies, procedures, or standard operating procedures.
